RVIBS is a registered TVET college offering business and technical training courses on-campus and online through distance learning. The Talent Scholarship Committee wishes to extend partial tuition scholarships to talented young men and women in Sports and Perfomance Art. This committee will grant the beneficiaries an opportunity to study while exploring their talents.

Applications are invited in the following areas:

1. Music (Men and Women)
2. Basketball (Men and Women)
3. Performing Arts (Men and Women)
4. Athletics (Men and Women)
5. Rugby (Men)
6. Soccer (Men and Women)
7. Handball (Men)
8. Volleyball (Men and Women)

1. At least C- for Diploma, D or D+ for Certificate and D- and below for Artisan level of education.
2. Must have applied and registered for the qualified course.
3. Must produce evidence of excellent performance in the specified talent area at regional, national or international levels
4. Must be 23 years and below (This limit does not apply to performing arts)
5. Applicants from needy backgrounds and those with disabilities are particularly encouraged to apply
6. RVIBS continuing students are eligible to apply

1. Copy of KCSE result slip or certificate
2. Attach relevant academic transcripts if advancing from Certificate to Diploma.
3. Copy of national ID or birth certificate
4. Evidence of talent excellence
